The MUPBP-1 base plate enables expansion of baggage capacity through the Pouch Attachment Ladder System, P.A.L.S. in short. This is webbing of 25 x 38 mm that enables suitable pouches to be added to a load-bearing platform such as a garment, backpack, or base plate.
This multi utility base plate can be attached to the back of base plate prepared MACNA jackets by use of the velcro strip in combination with the two buckles at the sides. After successfully installing the base plate, modular gear like our MUHB-1 hip bag and MULB-1 leg bag can be attached directly to it.
The MUPBP-1 is what we call utility-style riding gear!
