ADJUSTABILITY

Even though some of us have the same general size of garments, we still differ to a certain extent. To make sure each garment can be tailored to anyone’s unique shape, our garments are fitted with numerous adjustability options.

Aside from the standard straps and velcros, differentiators like our Centrack™ strap can be found in multiple areas. Some garments feature parts that can be zipped out or off, others are fitted with adjustable protectors, and some increase freedom of movement. There are even more adjustability related differentiators, all of which will be explained in this section.

WAIST LOCK™

SINCE 2001

Depending on the pants you wear and the motorcycle you ride, you might be familiar with pressure at the closure of the pants. If things really take a turn for the worse, it might even pop open when the pressure becomes too high.

Our in-house developed Waist Lock™ closure prevents this issue by locking both parts tightly into each other. This strong slide-to-lock mechanism at the waist is built to last and easy to use. For our jeans, we’ve developed Waist Lock Lite™, which is just as sturdy, but thinner and more fashionable.

QUICK POCKET

SINCE 2001

Imagine stopping at a pavement café after hours of riding in the sun. The only thing standing between you and a comfortable break are your knee protectors – if only they were easy to take out. At the end of the day your gear needs a machine wash, which forces you to dismantle your jacket – in addition to your pants – in search of its protectors.

With Quick Pockets™, these scenes are a thing of the past. Quick Pockets™ are fitted with a zip that enables quick access to your protectors. Now you can enjoy your stops more comfortably and don’t have to worry about getting dirty.

Prepared for

SUSPENDERS

since 2008

Sagging pants can have different causes, but all of them have the same result; an uncomfortable rider. Some experience a cold back whilst others are bothered by the cuffs of their pants being dragged across the floor.

Solve these issues by fitting suspenders onto your prepared pants by use of a zip at the back and two buckles at the front. MACNA® suspenders are easy to install thanks to this preparation and provide additional comfort whilst out on the road.

DETACHABLE HOOD

SINCE 2015

The benefit of a casual jacket with a hood reveals itself in rainy conditions when you’re off-bike. When making a stop downtown, it’s nice not to drown during the short walk from your bike to your destination.

But what about hot conditions? Aside from a sudden summer storm, chances are your hood is tagging along for no apparent reason. If you think you’re not going to need it, if you’re not in the mood for the look, or if you’re simply tired of that thing flapping around in your neck; zip it off completely and store it wherever you like.

CENTRACK™

Since 2017

You’re gearing up and almost ready to ride. After tying your shoe laces, closing your pants, and zipping up your jacket, you turn to your gloves. To your dismay, you see the wrist straps have slipped out of their buckles – again!

Centrack™ is an ingenious design – of both the buckle and strap – that prevents the strap from slipping out of its buckle. This in turn prevents you from fidgeting it back in, time after time again. The buckle is able to rotate so it can move with the rider when needed.

CENTRACK™ ARM

SINCE 2017

You’re gearing up and almost ready to ride. After zipping up your jacket, you want to perfect the fit by use of straps at the arms. To your dismay, you see the straps have slipped out of their buckles – again!

Centrack™ is an ingenious design – of both the buckle and strap – that prevents the strap from slipping out of its buckle. This in turn prevents you from fidgeting it back in, time after time again. The buckle is able to rotate so it can move with the rider when needed.

CENTRACK™ WAIST

SINCE 2017

You’re gearing up and almost ready to ride. After zipping up your jacket, you want to perfect the fit by use of the waistband. To your dismay, you see the straps have slipped out of their buckles.

Centrack™ is an ingenious design – of both the buckle and strap – that prevents the strap from slipping out of its buckle. This in turn prevents you from fidgeting it back in, time after time again. The buckle is able to rotate so it can move with the rider when needed.

DYNA CUFF™

SINCE 2018

Chances are likely that your arms are shorter or longer than ours. Truth is, no two bodies are the same. For some riders, finding a suitable jacket is an event they can hardly look forward to. Most jackets are either too long or too short, or they fit well but the sleeves are simply too long.

Dyna Cuff™ is a softer, more dynamic cuff that enables the sleeve to retract and adjust itself to the length of the wearer's arm. This solution is particularly great for riders who have short arms in relation to their bodies.

COLLAR LOOP™

SINCE 2022

You’re about to reach your destination after a long ride and the difference in temperature is starting to get uncomfortable. You undo your collar, and your body heat rockets out of your jacket. A big relief, weren’t it for the fact your collar is now flapping around and – OUCH! – against your throat.

If you recognise this situation, you’re not the only one. Many of us did too, which was reason enough for us to come up with a Collar Loop™. This hook-and-clip system enables the collar to be zipped open and held aside instead of irritating you, providing ventilation without having to sacrifice your comfort.

GRIP BUCKLE™

SINCE 2022

You can find buckles in all shapes and sizes, though not all of them work as smoothly as you might expect. That’s with bare hands and maximum control, not to mention when you’re out for a ride and already wearing gloves.

Get a grip on this issue with our Grip Buckle™. This buckle is located at the waist and features two notches at the top and bottom. These notches allow you to grip the buckle better and adjust the fit of your jacket at any time, with or without gloves.

LEG STRAP

SINCE 2023

When wearing a longer jacket whilst riding a motor scooter or moped, it is not uncommon for the wind to pop up its head and find its way underneath. That’s not an issue if you’ve always wanted to feel like Marilyn Monroe, but probably less welcome when commuting through the rain.

A Leg Strap on the inside of the jacket prevents these Marilyn Monroe-esque situations. This differentiator can be fitted in our longer jackets, in which the strap is placed just above knee height, enabling it to go around the upper leg and maintaining the fit of the jacket.
